1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of allangelsroofing.com and any roofing services provided by All Angels Roofing LLC (“All Angels,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, requesting an estimate, or accepting a proposal, you agree to them.
Where a signed contract or proposal covers your project, that document controls if anything here conflicts with it.

2. Who we are

All Angels Roofing LLC is a licensed and insured Florida roofing contractor, licence CCC1336744, based in Naples and serving Broward, Lee, Collier and West Palm Beach counties. We lead with commercial work and take on a limited number of premium residential projects.

3. Estimates and proposals

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A proposal sets out the scope, the materials, the price and the schedule, line by line.
Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices assume the conditions visible at inspection; material price movements outside that window may require a revised proposal.

4. Scheduling, access and site conditions

Roofing work depends on weather, permitting and inspection windows. We give you a schedule and we tell you the same day if it moves.
You agree to provide safe access to the property and the roof, to keep vehicles and valuables clear of the work area, and to notify occupants or tenants before work begins.

5. Change orders and hidden conditions

Rotted decking, failed fasteners, undocumented layers and code-driven upgrades are not always visible before tear-off. Where we find them, we stop, document them with photographs, and issue a written change order before continuing.
No additional work is charged without your written approval.

6. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is due at contract signing, a progress payment at material delivery, and the balance on completion and final inspection.
Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law. We register manufacturer warranties once the account is settled in full.

7. Warranties

Workmanship warranties are stated in your proposal and begin on the date of final inspection. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.
Warranties do not cover damage from storms, impact, structural movement, third-party work performed on the roof after ours, or failure to maintain the system as documented.

8. Insurance claims

We can document damage and provide reports for your insurer, and we can meet an adjuster on site. We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or your insurer’s representative, and we do not negotiate settlements on your behalf. You remain responsible for your policy, your deductible and your claim.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a signed contract in writing within the period stated in that contract. Once materials are ordered or crews mobilised, documented costs already incurred may be deducted from any refund.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Photography and marketing

We photograph and film work in progress for documentation, quality control and daily reporting. We may also use project imagery in our portfolio and marketing without identifying the property address. Tell us in writing if you would prefer we did not.

12. Website content

Everything on this site — text, imagery, drone footage, logos and layout — belongs to All Angels Roofing LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy or republish it without written consent.
Content on this site is provided for information. It is not a technical specification, a quote, or a substitute for an on-site inspection.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Collier County, Florida.
Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter directly with the CEO.
